Homeopathy is a form of alternative medicine created in 1796 by Samuel Hahnemann. It is based on the doctrine that like cures like. A claim that a substance that causes the symptoms of a disease in healthy people would cure similar symptoms in sick people.
Homeopathy treats the whole person; mental, emotional and physical; and each patient is treated as an individual, with unique needs requiring uniquely chosen remedies specifically matched to those needs. The healthy person is a person who is free from sickness on physical, mental and emotional levels, and one who can maintain this health when kept in balance.
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine developed in 1922 by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Since its beginning in Japan, Reiki has been adapted across varying cultural traditions.

Flower Essences have their roots in the ancient past and were employed by ancient Egyptians, Australian Aborigines, by people in the Middle Ages etc. In the 15 century Paracelsus recorded how he collected the dew from flowers, then diluted it for medicinal use. Flower essences are vibrational energy medicine. They are prepared in various ways, incorporating sunshine, flowers and spring water. For example; many are prepared by placing several freshly picked healthy flower heads in a bowl of spring water and leaving them in the sunshine for a few hours. The flowers are then removed, and a preservative is added at a ratio of 50/50. The resulting liquid is the tincture from which remedies are prepared; then prescribed in diluted form. The energy from the flowers has thus been captured by this method!
Life Coaching is a unique way of guiding people like you, to identify and to develop their abilities in order to make more success of their lives. It can be described as a two-way partnership; a shared journey between the life coach and their client. A Coach must have the skill and ability to interpret and to reflect back observations to their client in order to dissolve false pre-conceptions and blockages. It is a nurturing trust between client and coach. I listen to their anxieties, fears and aspirations, and communicate and support in a non-judgmental way. We jointly trigger motivation and inspiration, often leading to the clients original expectations being exceeded! Life coaches do not endeavor to try and train people as such, but by offering understanding, support and enlightenment, whilst nudging and nurturing, the clients learn to identify their weaknesses. This propels them gently and surely towards gaining confidence, leading them to commence changing these areas and towards developing their full potential as individuals. The skill is in understanding the individual and focusing them towards a greater discovery of who they really are, and of what they are capable. Therefore they enjoy new fulfillment in life, derived from a greater awareness and growing level of self-confidence!
